We start with our premium 1 year cask aged Golden Rum. Our head mixologist creates a blend with the rare Yorkshire Bell Heather Honey.

The Hives spend the winter less than a mile away from our distillery. When the weather warms the bees are then moved to their summer location, the North Yorkshire Moors. This is where they will collect the sweet tasty nectar that makes their honey and our Rum so special..
